Summer is almost here! Woot! Summer activities at the Mesa County Public Libraries are kicking off June 5th at the Central Library on Grand Ave. with live bands and tie-dyeing. Find out about ALL the cool activities at the MCPL branches by following the MCPL blog for teens, hosted by teen librarian, Shanna. Here's a link you can add to your favorites or set up an RRS feed to: Teen Stuff. You can also check your Gator Library Blog--we have a feed in the right viewing pane--scroll down, it's under our Facebook badge and the Children's Choice awards.

Got Overdue Books or Fines?
So....perhaps overdues and fines are a bit less scary in your Gator Library, eh? Just the same, it's getting to be time to clear up your library records--bring back or renew any books you have overdue and get your fines paid. It's the responsible library thing to do. Just sayin'. BTW--the Gator Library checks out books for 2 weeks--not 3 like in the comic!Baby Blues comic by Rick Kirkman and Jerry Scott from ArcaMax publishing
